Software. AI. Real progress.

Connected thinking.

Copper Salt is a software consultancy. We use AI to make businesses run more efficiently and keep their customers engaged, built on twenty years of software engineering and ten years inside ecommerce brands.

Not for profit, charity or public sector? We work with you at no cost. Find out how →

A large faceted block of polished copper

AI applied to the two things that move a business: efficiency and engagement.

We are not a research lab and we do not sell a platform. We find the work that costs you the most time or the most customers, and build the software that fixes it.

Operational efficiency

Automating the admin, triage and data work that eats your team's week. Finance, support, fulfilment, reporting.

Customer engagement

AI that helps customers get answers, find the right product and come back. Assistants, search, personalisation, retention.

Bespoke software and integration

Systems that connect what you already run. Plain, well-engineered code with no framework churn, built to be maintained for years.

Strategy before build

A short, fixed-fee discovery first, so you know what is worth doing and what is not before anyone writes code.

If you are a not for profit or in the public sector, we work at no cost.

Charities, community organisations, schools, NHS teams and local authorities get the same engineering and the same AI work as our commercial clients. The difference is the invoice: there is not one.

What that covers

Discovery, design, build and a sensible handover. Typically one focused project at a time rather than an open-ended retainer.

What we ask in return

A real problem, someone on your side who can make decisions, and permission to talk about the work afterwards.

Why

Because the organisations that would benefit most from this technology are usually the ones least able to pay for it.

Tell us what is getting in the way.

A few lines is enough. We reply personally, usually within a working day.

Sent. Thank you. We will come back to you personally.

Or email info@coppersalt.uk if you would rather.
